I trust them to let me know if there's anything needed, whether it's brake pad adjustments, fluid changes, tire re-balancing, etc. The staff really care and it shows in their communications during service appointments and between appointments, as they make sure and keep customers informed and commit to consistently great service. I will continue to take my car to them as long as I have my Lexus. More
