As always, Tom took really good care of me and my car I called and left a message for Tom over the weekend, he called first thing Monday morning and we got the appointment set up. Service was ready for me when I arrived at 8AM, got the car checked in, talked again about why it was there, Tom ushered me to the waiting area where coffee, bananas and pastry awaited. The original reason the car was in was taken care of in about 15 minutes, but there were two other discoveries made. Tom advised me on these, we elected to have them taken care of, and they were both done and ready to go in the time promised. And the charge was less than expected! How can you beat all of this?
