Lexus of Kendall

My husband and I had the BEST car buying experience ever with Lexus of Kendall. So while doing my research to write this review I was completely shocked that I even found one bad review on the place. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt they deserved this one. I've probably owned close to 15 cars in my life so I'm pretty familiar with the whole ordeal. We dealt directly with Terry Bean during this purchase and he couldn't have been more enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable! Buying a car is usually very stressful but he was very knowledgable, not pushy, and extremely professional. He did everything he said he would, exactly how he said, and exactly when he said. No surprises! It really did not feel like buying a car from a haggling salesman but more like from a good friend. The other staff that we interacted with was also very pleasing. They have a large selection of vehicles and if they don't have what you are looking for, I'm sure they can get it. They did for us. I can't say enough nice things about Terry Bean and his entire staff at Lexus of Kendall. We will definitely purchase or lease our future vehicles from them. Hands down the BEST Lexus dealer in South Florida! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. 100% Satisfied!!!! More

Dissapointed with my dealing with them. After agreeing on price and placing their required $2k deposit, I called the next day for different lease lengths to consider. I called the finance guy and he said I have to call the saleman. After no returned phone calls, I realized the salesman did'nt care after the sale. Later, he only called to see if I didn't mind waiting three more weeks for my car so he could sell mine to a customer at the dealership at the time. So fed up, I called back, released the car and they took three weeks to print the check for me to pick-up. More

I have bought 3 LS400's from this dealership. And I will eventually buy a 4th. They are excellent to work with. Negotiation does take a little longer that it should but the Lexus leases have always been ver eventually buy a 4th. They are excellent to work with. They offer great pricing although it may take a little more time. Physical plant is crowded but they are opening a larger building next door in early 2004. Nothing beats the LS400 for reliability and comfort. More
