We purchased a 2020 RX 350 from this dealership. At that time we purchased the maintenance plan and something called Auto Butler. We have since moved to Chattanooga, and are now finding out that the Auto time we purchased the maintenance plan and something called Auto Butler. We have since moved to Chattanooga, and are now finding out that the Auto Butler program does not exist here, in fact it does not exist anywhere within a 100 mile radius. We can drive back to Knoxville (2+ hour drive) and have the service performed there. When we asked about a loaner car - so we could at least run errands and do something while in Knoxville - they said NO. Please be aware of this if you decide to purchase any of then”extras” from this dealership. We had been told we could cancel and receive the unused portion back of both programs if we needed to in the future…they forgot to tell us that was only for the first 30 days. My husband was military and we move often…so we always ask these questions up front…I guess this is all our fault for actually believing their answers. Buyers be aware when shopping at Lexus if Knoxville. More

Bought a Preowned 2009 LX570 w 147,000mi. Had to replace radiator 45 days later. Was not offered any help w parts and labor on repair.
