Over a week ago we were in an accident that totaled my Gx 460 and we were looking to replace ours. We had dealt with a salesman( Peter) for a week regarding a grey one. Due to my face and the way it looked, my anxiety with driving and my husband trying to catch on work he missed while being out we were only working via phone. We got there today though at 9 am to test drive it. We had already worked a deal via phone. When we arrived Peter put us with Andrew because he had an appointment. We were ready to buy it but we wanted some scratches buffed out and to certify it. We were told by the salesman there was someone else looking at it but we were the first to come in so we would be first. After sitting there while they were supposedly preparing stuff they sold it out from under our feet. The manager asked us why it took us a week to get out to look at the car to which I said do you see my eyes??? We were in a wreck a little over a week ago. It’s not been easy to get out. My husband (yelled) because we had a wreck and almost died, we have been Lexus owners for 3 years and we were just trying to replace what we lost but we are done with you all. This was just about a few thousand dollars and that’s why you sold it out from under us I can not believe that a dealership would behave this way and that they would allow a manager to talk to customers this way More
Got the buy here pay here feeling I bought my GX 460 here . At the time of purchase I was told I had 2 complimentary Service visits.When I went back for my second service the service m I bought my GX 460 here . At the time of purchase I was told I had 2 complimentary Service visits.When I went back for my second service the service manager Shiloh told me it had expired. No one told me it had a expiration on it. When I told her this was not right she got a little rude with me. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I went to Daniel Flores to voice my displeasure over this and all he did was sit on the edge of his desk and look at me; didn’t say a word. By then I was really upset so I went to the cashier to pay for my service. As I was paying for it my salesman ; Brian Mculloh came and offered to pay for it out of his own pocket; I told him no that it wasn’t his responsibility. At this time Shiloh came back there and and actually slid over the counter and made a smart remark to Brian and I. I thought to myself enough is enough and ask Brian to step outside. We talk for a moment and I left . Brian is a great guy and I really enjoyed doing business with him .As far as Lexus of Knoxville I won’t be going back.. More
