First service We brought our NX300 in for it's 6 months service and for a software recall. It was our first time to bring the car in since we had bought it. I had We brought our NX300 in for it's 6 months service and for a software recall. It was our first time to bring the car in since we had bought it. I had asked that we have an RX350 for a loaner. We arrived at 9:15 for 9:30 appointment. We were given the loaner and on our way in no time. We were called at 1:40 saying our car would be ready in about 45 minutes. It was still in line to be washed when we arrived but gave us time to look on the showroom floor. I was pleased with the service. Kevin Page was super nice. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable in explaining about the recall. I was impressed. I was impressed with the loaner too. We got with our salesman Hunter Knight before we left and scheduled an appointment. The next day we traded for a 2019 RX350. More
