A bit disorganized! Normally service is very prompt and efficient. Not sure what happened, but your phone service was down which probably made it worse. I left my car at 11am and said no rush but want to be out before rush hour. I never received call so I tried to call. I eventually just drove back. Told car was ready to go but another 30 minutes before I went looking for it. Told sorry will be just few more minutes. More
