Excellence I bought a new 2018 Lexus NX from this dealership and their maintenance package too. I’ve brought my car in for service 3 times now and I have to say I bought a new 2018 Lexus NX from this dealership and their maintenance package too. I’ve brought my car in for service 3 times now and I have to say it’s the best service I’ve ever had. Drop off is quick, I get a lender vehicle for the day and I’m good to go. They text me promptly when my car is ready to be picked up. Additionally, I had an issue this time with rattling when my music hit low bass notes, they said no problem we’ll find the solution. Come to find out it was my license plate, they fixed it and didn’t charge me anything! The wash and vacuum is immaculate. I just couldn’t ask for more. Thank you LEXUS of Knoxville for a great buying AND maintenance experience. More
