We have always been extremely satisfied with Lexus quality, we have had maintenance performed on our SUV in the past at Lexus of Madison. We feel that Jeff worked with us regarding our purchase decision by staying touch with us and our thoughts, he also followed up with us after the purchase. He was very thorough and informative, we appreciated his salesmanship and professionalism. We will work with Lexus of Madison again shall we be in need of purchasing another vehicle.
