For the third time in 5 years I recently tried to give IRA Lexus Manchester the opportunity to sell me a Lexus. Their service department is great, but the sales department seems to always be lost. I contacted the dealer online about a specific vehicle and explained I was coming off lease and would like to work with them. 24 hours later I got a generic response from the manager, Nigel. I responded immediately and indicated I needed a number on a specific vehicle, even referenced the VIN#. No response. Then today, some two weeks later, I get a call from them asking if I am still in the market?!? That's a no, as I bought a Lexus from IRA Danvers, MA for the third time because of IRA Manchester's inability to follow through like they actually want to sell a car. I just don't get it... More
