Overall Great Experience in Car Buying We came to look at a specific used car we had seen online. We were greeted promptly and treated well by both the used car manager and our sales person We came to look at a specific used car we had seen online. We were greeted promptly and treated well by both the used car manager and our sales person - Kim Cooper. We felt no rush and no heavy sales pitch. We decided to look at a second used car we had also seen on line and compare the two. Again, no rushing and no pressure. We decided on the first car we'd driven and moved to purchase it. The price was the best we had seen on similar cars and we felt we got a great deal we are happy with. Given that I belong to a credit union that offers very competitive used car rates I assumed we would finance through the credit union. The Ira finance person (Jose Ferreiras) worked hard to meet the same finance terms for us, and ultimately was able to make it happen. Though we live in MA they were able to get our registration and plates. Although I'm pretty sure we purchased the least expensive car they had on the lot, we were treated the same as if we were purchasing one of the most expensive. I love my new car and would return to Ira Lexus again in the future. Highly recommend. More
