Lexus have Manhattan did an excellent job gaining my business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the conc business. In particular, I was working with Raymond Liang over the course of several months. I was interested in a vehicle that was still in the concept phase (Lexus TX), and I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle once it was released in production. I wanted a dealer contact to try to gain as much information as possible about the vehicle, and when it would be released, and he did an excellent job of getting me information with no guarantee that he would be making a sale again given that this vehicle was still a concept. Even after the vehicle came out, I extended my current lease, but still had thoughts of getting the TX. Raymond respectfully kept in contact, not in a pushy way, and eventually I was able to make a great deal with him. He didn’t work hard to force-sell me the car, he worked hard to inform me about the car, and get me a great deal, which is something I really appreciate from a salesman and what is ultimately what won my business. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 dealer locations in the NYC area. The people and service at Lexus was hands down the best experience. The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into. My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way. I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service. I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening. Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out. When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.
