Prompt service On Thursday, 24 March, I called Lexus of Melbourne and was connected to John Lohne's voice mail. I left a message for John telling him the reason for my calling; since this was my first time dealing with Lexus of Melbourne and my not having a Lexus vehicle (2014 Toyota Avalon Hybird) I was skeptical that anyone would return my call. Within a short time John called me , told me that the dealership could service my vehicle even if I didn't have a previous appointment if I was able to come in as soon as possible, if not John said that I would be able to get an appointment for a later date. I hurried to the service center and true to his word John had my vehicle serviced and 25000 mile checkup completed in just over an hour. I am very pleased with this rapid response, and personalized service to a new customer provided by Lexus of Melbourne. Thank you, I'll be returning. More
