If we mention something about our vehicles to him, even in passing, John will invariably report what he has found and what was corrected before we leave the dealership. The service waiting room is great but if service time is extended John is happy to provide a loaner so we can visit the nearby shopping centers. John is what Lexus service is all about!! More

I especially like that they ask (and explain) before doing any extra work, and they also tell me when certain tasks are not necessary. They always keep me fully informed, and they control my cost by doing only essential work. They also offer service coupons which I frequently use for regular maintenance service. I doubt that they are the cheapest place to work with, but I assign good value to their work and the overall experience, and I highly recommend them to other Lexus owners. John had noted these and arranged a loan car for overnight(which I did not expect) but it was a great arrangement so I could have the all the work done on the car with one visit. Amazing the car was already waiting . I am a loyal Lexus owner and the service and help only convinces me that you are the best. Our Lexus experience I was grateful for Kaitlyn talking to me when I called the Service Dept. to cancel my service appointment today. I thought I had to cancel after I di I was grateful for Kaitlyn talking to me when I called the Service Dept. to cancel my service appointment today. I thought I had to cancel after I discovered that the key fob battery of my husband's 2010 ES 350 was dead. She talked me through the process of getting into the car and starting it by an alternate method that I was not aware of. I was able to keep my appointment because of her expert help. And it was really important to keep that appointment today because our daughter is due to deliver a baby at any moment, and we can't be without a car now!! Thanks, Kaitlyn! When I arrived at the dealership service dept., it was so nice that someone greeted me right away, since I was hesitant to turn off the car...since the key fob wasn't working and I didn't know if that would be a problem again. The young man greeting me was very courteous and reassuring, guiding me inside and taking car of my car. I appreciated the help John Lohne gave me then. He got my car into service quickly for its regular oil change and maintenance check. John also advised me re a concern I had about a small nick in our windshield, due to flying debris on the highway. He came out and looked at the windshield with me and suggested what company to call to get it fixed and why that was necessary to prevent potential problems in the future. I was glad for his advice. When I returned to pick up the car, John had installed a new battery in the key fob. I really appreciated that too. Thanks, John! My husband and I have been so pleased with our car purchases at Lexus last year. DeWayne Carter was the super salesman who found us 2 cars to purchase within a few weeks. We had given DeWayne our desired specifications, and he found us 2 great cars - both beautiful certified low-mileage cars - 2009 ES and 2010 RX.
