Before buying a Lexus car from the Auto Universe we ordered Pre-Purchase Inspection to Lexus of Memphis. We ordered to check all mechanical and cosmetic issues of interior and exterior. Based on evaluation as an excellent conditions we paid for full asking price for the car and made it shipped to California to find out that half of the car has been repainted poorly. I talked with Bryan Smith who denied that his so called 'trained hardworking' technician failed to do a proper inspection causing us more that $10K damage. This man can't take responsibility for bad working business. Very disappointed. Shame of you, Mr. Smith! More

Our overall experience with the dealership has been positive. However, we believe that the sales person may need some additional training on sales techniques and etiquette - such as eating snacks in fr positive. Efficient and friendly receiving staff, specially Mike McPherson who had helped me for many years. Although, I felt like the service staff was pushing me to change or get new battery and new tires becaus McPherson who had helped me for many years. I had only 29,000 mileage , on model 2016, I bought this in 2017. He said that the battery and tires may give up anytime. Please do not scare customers so you can sell more. My visit already cost me $1,180.+. One battery car key was 7.00 . (Walgreens: 1.50 for 2). You charge too much. New battery and new set of tires + balance + labor + Tax = about 2,000.00 + I do not waste or throw away still working stuff. More
