I was told I would have a loaner car and they gave me a 9 o’clock appointment. Upon checking in, I found out that they would not begin my service until 2 if I had a rental. I sat in the waiting room 2 1/2 9 o’clock appointment. Upon checking in, I found out that they would not begin my service until 2 if I had a rental. I sat in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours without a rental in order to get serviced in the morning. I am grateful to Johnny for explaining before I left in the rental, but the Lexus policy is very poor and misleading. More

I like to have my service done at Lexus because I feel they take the best care of my car. That said, it takes a long time to get a very small amount of service done.
