Service and the general manager is horrible. I sent my daughter car there to be check and it was a horrible experience from the beginning. I also spoke with general manager I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and no one called me back about it. I since got in touch with homer skeleton in olive branch and found two vehicles not one that I’m coming to look at and sign paper work on tomorrow because I live 2 hrs away. But I was in the market for another Lexus even told general manager tht but I would never buy or take my veh back there even though I purchased an ext warranty I’m also going to call and cancel tht policy there Lexus.
