Terry is AWESOME! I had a previous experience that was not satisfactory with another service advisor. I brought my car back and Terry handled everything. Every since, I had a previous experience that was not satisfactory with another service advisor. I brought my car back and Terry handled everything. Every since, whenever I come in to Lexus, he makes sure that I have top service and service advice. If I call in, he is always prompt to call me back and answer any questions that I might have.
