My last visit to the Lexus service department was April 7th for my 30,000 miles service. They were quick to get me checked in and give me a loaner car. I had the best experience by far this time. I went into the dealership earlier than my scheduled time, and I waited for about a good seven minutes, and Terry said you’ve waited too long.
