The service representative was prompt in returning calls and notifying me of the service progress. The person over the towed-in vehicles was nice and professional. My vehicle had been towed-in to the Memphis-Kirby location one evening after hours; however, the tow truck guy left the vehicle and the keys in the tail pipe of the vehicle across the road from the service drop off. The tow supervisor for Kirby had to literally go find my Lexus RX-350 down the road after I went crazy with fright when the secretary told me on the phone that next morning that my vehicle was not there!!! So he really deserves a gold star. I’m sorry I don’t know his name. More
