WE MET WITH ROSIE AND MY WIFE LIKED HER MORE THAT THE SALESPERSON AT BROOKFIELD, SHE LISTENED, NOT PUSHY, AND ANSWERED A FRON LEXUS OF BROOKFIELD. WE MET WITH ROSIE AND MY WIFE LIKED HER MORE THAT THE SALESPERSON AT BROOKFIELD, SHE LISTENED, NOT PUSHY, AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WITHOUT WE HAD. WE WERE GOING FROM A 20 YEAR OLD 4RUNNER TO A 20925 HYBRED AND THE TECHNOLOGY CAN BE OVERWHELMING. ROSIE SEEMED TO KNOW NOT TO GIVE TOO MUCH TECHNICAL INFORMATION THAT WOULD CONFUSE MY WIFE. A very pleasant experience. Not only was I surprised by a very good deal I was introduced to the General manager Mike Wandry,and the Co owner of the dealership Joe Palmisano.
