Lexus of Mobile did a great job on the maintenance of my RX-450h. Just in for routine maintenance, but they caught and corrected a problem with the AC which could have cost thousands…but since the car was RX-450h. The Lexus of Mobile Al is a top notch operation, normally. Last visit my service representative Shannon had to do above the ordinary to make it a positive experience. It seems that the person that communicated with me on the phone about coming in for service made a few mistakes. She did schedule us a loaner vehicle and she did get a part ordered for a recall fix but failed to put us on the actual schedule. Which means a two hour turnaround a five hour turnaround. We also told Shannon we wanted to talk to someone about buying a service and maintenance warranty for our Lexus which requires a salesman. After the five hour delay Shannon tried to find us a sales person to check on the extended warranty. There was only one salesman on duty and he was booked up the rest of the evening. I the past this dealership has been awesome. Seems like some of the older personnel have retired. I hope that’s all the problem. Shannon did all he could do to make the experience great. His teammates not so much. I have purchased three Lexus cars from this dealer but if they don’t step up to the plate I would have to drive a bit further to another Lexus dealer. As for now I am withholding judgment and still would recommend Lexus to anyone who wants an awesome vehicle. More
