I came to Lexus of Mobile on Saturday January 17, 2026 to gain knowledge of my newly purchased RX 350H from Lexus of Wesley Chapel customer service. His patience with me did not go unnoticed. He made sure that I understood every feature on my vehicle. It does not go unnoticed when excellent customer service is given regardless of whether a customer purchase their vehicle in Mobile or Florida. I purchased my vehicle from Florida because they keep new vehicles on there lot. You do not have to pre order your vehicle. I was able to go to Florida test drive the RX 350H vehicle and leave with the vehicle of choice. It is important to customers to be able to make a selection because there on new vehicles on the lot. It was disappointing for me to know that Lexus of Mobile wants you to pre order/ make a deposit on a vehicle before even knowing that this is what you want for sure. More
