We’re pretty savvy shoppers and aren’t afraid to travel far and wide for the best deal on a vehicle, but the way we were treated by Romaine and all the staff at Lexus of Nashville was the difference maker! Romaine is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has the ability to juggle multiple things at once without leaving anyone out. We test drove 4 vehicles and spent hours comparing the vehicle we decided on with other options across the country. In the end, it wasn’t the price that compelled us to take the deal, it was the experience. These people know how to treat customers! They’re transparent, upfront, and respectful of your budget, intellect, and time. Romaine is an absolute asset and should be acknowledged and rewarded for his abilities and character! More

I was told I have to talk to service adviser first but nobody was available. I left voice message with my contacts but nobody called me back. I contacted to service department in an hour once again but everything was absolutely the same like the first time. I continued to repeat my attempts but all of them were unsuccessful. I asked a lady that getting all calls first on reception don’t transfer me anymore until she would be able to reach out anybody herself. She told me okey and transfer me to to same manager who had never respond/return my calls in the next second.. Finally I gave a call to Lexus Knoxville, got all info I heeded in a min and set up an appointment. I would never return to Lexus Nashville.. More
