Premium brand but not premium service Dealership is not standing behind a L Certified vehicle that has paint peeling off wheels. I bought a L certified car from Lexus of Orlando but live in Nashville. The paint is peeling off the rims after 8 months and the Nashville dealer claims that it is the responsibility of the Orlando dealership. Orlando dealership says it's the responsibility of any dealership nationwide. i have now contacted corporate and have a file claimed. I will leave this review up regardless of outcome because it has gone this far. I also waited two hours to hear from service advisor. That is not premium service no matter how many $4 sandwiches they have. I specifically asked to let me know how long they may think it would take to have my rims looked at. Got car back and thought, oh well at least I get a complimentary car wash. You guessed it... car was barely cleaned. Brown specks all over front of car and visible dust all over interior and the car was not vacuumed. Just buy a Toyota! Lexus IS not worth the premium price. More
