Excellent experience-Well worth the trip! We located the exact pre-owned vehicle we were looking for at Lexus of Nashville through our bank's car-buying service. Working with Dave Lenahan, we negotiated a great deal on the car through email and by phone and, after noticing that there was a minor discrepancy between the listing and the car, they offered an even better deal! Once we made the trip, Dave took his time showing us that vehicle, as well as a few others we might be interested in to make sure we ended up in the best vehicle for our needs. In the end, we purchased the original vehicle, and they made every effort to ensure the car, a 2011, looked brand-new when we drove it off the lot. The entire experience was a pleasure, and Dave treated us as if we were there to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot from start to finish. Out of Town Buyer- Positive Experience I was in the market for a specific make, model and color car. I did extensive online shopping and contacted several dealers within 200 miles to help I was in the market for a specific make, model and color car. I did extensive online shopping and contacted several dealers within 200 miles to help narrow down where I wanted to go to hopefully finalize a deal. I found a car that seemed to be what I wanted and made contact with Lexus of Nashville. Derek Jablonski responded to my inquiry promptly and had excellent customer service. He sent photos that I requested and answered all my questions via email and phone follow up. (Several dealers I contacted had a miserable response to my online inquiries- not the case here!) We drove about 125 miles to the dealership and we were not disappointed. The car was just as described and it was serviced and ready to go. There was full disclosure of what the dealership did to the car and a summary of the service checks that they performed (tires, brakes, battery, etc.). Within a couple of hours we test drove the car, reached a mutually agreeable bottom line, had lunch at the dealership while waiting to finalize paperwork, and we were on the way in a detailed car filled up with gas. We love the car and had a wonderful experience with Derek and the other professional staff at Lexus of Nashville. I highly recommend! More
