I bought two Lexus from Lexus of New Orleans, my sales person was Stephane, always had a great buying experience with him, unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore! I came recently to trade in my Lexus person was Stephane, always had a great buying experience with him, unfortunately he doesn’t work there anymore! I came recently to trade in my Lexus for another Lexus with F-Sport Package, the guy Brian Bernard(be aware this guy) tried to give me for my trade less than $6,000 other dealership would give me! He said we can’t not sell for more than $40-41K which I am sure was a lie because I saw on the lot a year older same car selling for $45K with more mileage! And my new salesperson told me for your trade in we gave a great deal, which is not true! Just horrible experience for a repeat and loyal customer! They want to take a huge advantage of you, it’s not fair and honest! Other place would give me $6K more for my trade in! Please future customers make sure you get fair $$$ for your trade in, don’t accept what they give you, for sure they will give you much less than other dealerships like CarMax or Echopark! I will be reaching out the corporate headquarters of lexus about this dealership’ unfair practices! Will never buy from this dealership! More

First time I can say I am very unhappy with the service at Lexus of NO. Had a specific problem that needed to be addressed with my car and was told I would have to leave it to have it worked on. After being told everything was fixed I returned to get my car and once I returned home, I realized the problem I took it in for wasn't even addressed. Was supposed to have a regular service done at the same time but the tires weren't rotated so I"m not sure what was done to the car and was charged over $700 for my trouble. More
