Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had a visit and my usual rep was not there. I was assigned to cubicle #4 and he stated he needed my docs page of Insurance. Geico online was down and only my coverage was shown and he said he w I was assigned to cubicle #4 and he stated he needed my docs page of Insurance. Geico online was down and only my coverage was shown and he said he would not accept this. I stated it was all I have due to website down. He gave me zero option and stated would need to cancel appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to this and took a morning off of my busy schedule with my patients to be denied service due to a technicality. I recently purchased a 2024 Lexus and with this service call you have lost me as a client. I will go back to Lexus of Kendal where they have always accommodated me. The worse service at this dealership with this advisor in cubicle #4. More
