At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I received help from my salesman Berk Erguc over the phone and he even sent me a video of the car as we were in Orlando (not Miami) but Lexus of Miami had the best selection and pricing. I wanted to reach out regarding a $9. 96 gas charge I was billed for after returning my loaner vehicle. I also noticed that my documented return time shows 11:54 AM, when I actually returned the vehicle at 8:56 AM. I would appreciate it if you could look into both of these discrepancies and issue a correction, as I want to make sure this is resolved fairly. More
