The leadership from sales manager Reinaldo Berroa is the reason I continue to buy my cars here. His team — from sales representative Diego to finance manager Anthony Zaverukha — made the entire process smoo reason I continue to buy my cars here. His team — from sales representative Diego to finance manager Anthony Zaverukha — made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Diego made sure the new car was fully ready for delivery by the time I finished the paperwork, including transferring everything from my previous vehicle such as SunPass, tags, and parking decals. It was one of the smoothest dealership experiences I’ve had, especially during the finance process, which is usually the most frustrating part of buying a car. Anthony made the financing process straightforward and easy to understand, and Reinaldo continues to be someone I trust to genuinely help customers make the right decision rather than simply push a sale. Thank you again to Reinaldo and the entire team for another great experience. More
