At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Yairon Naples was immensely helpful in securing a great deal for me on the purchase of my IS 300 at the end of my lease. I didn't have a problem with the dealership directly. I had a problem with one of its salespersons. This was the second car I leased from him, 2019 ES350, and It was fine.
