Huge disappointment! They lied straight to my face! My original review was positive right after I got my new vehicle! They told me and my husband that they are gonna buy my old vehicle out from Hyundai My original review was positive right after I got my new vehicle! They told me and my husband that they are gonna buy my old vehicle out from Hyundai Dealership and that we don’t have to worry about our old car anymore. They would take care of it. I thought it was too good to be true, but then my husband proudly told me: these are the perks of getting a higher class vehicle and I calmed down. A few weeks later I received a bill of $2875 from Hyundai dealership stating all the damage, wear and tear of the car which I have to pay for!!!! I was never informed that there will be an inspection of my vehicle, therefore I was NEVER present at the time of the inspection. So I called Lexus Dealership multiple times to receive an explanation and got nothing but a cold shoulder and sarcastic comments in return. They told me that I signed all the papers and they are covered on their end. “And that I shouldn’t have been so gullible in the first place!”- exact words! They tricked me into signing a contract with them by LYING STRAIGHT TO MY FACE. Their ultimate goal was to send me away driving a brand new Lexus and not care what expenses are coming my way. I find it very disappointing that such a big name is making such an unfortunate reputation. I’m sending this review to all the sources because people need to be aware of who they are dealing with. More
