He was already done for the day and the year, but when he saw me wondering around the lobby he approach to me and asked me if I need any help; at that moment I didn't realized how easy will be the process. He only asked 3 questions and that was all that he need to know to help me to get the car that I wanted. He look to a few keys to show me a few cars and then I drove one, I choose the color and interior and 2 hours later I was driving out with my new Lexus. No need of negotiations, he asked how much I want to pay and he work with the financial people to give me the Payments that I could afford. He and Mathew went out the line of duty to help to get my car. What other dealer where not able to give me for much cheaper cars I got it at Lexus north Miami! More

The facility is high quality and the service is second to none. I went into to purchase a new GS 350 and I was placed with Justin Adderly. He did not sell me and I told him exactly what I wanted and the wiggle room I had to work with, the negotiation immediately started with attractive offers. Justin is a very knowledgeable and professional, he educated me on what my options were and let me know what deals were realistic. I never had the feeling that he was screwing me over and after seeing multiple return customers come back to buy their third and fourth vehicle from Justin I knew he was legit.
