Most of the sales men there are just that, a sales man, we've had one after making us feel like "just a sale" . Then we met Justin, yes, he is a sales man... But, he cares about you as a person. He listens to you and goes to work finding exactly what you ask for well, almost. LOL. Seriously, Justin took his time to help me with selecting my new GS 350 F Sport, he made the return lease painless and I was so impress when he took the time to review the new features offered in the new model. Not only did he assist with setting up my new Lexus enform, navigation and options... He help set up my audio system, he knew every XM, FM, AM and HD channels I had stored in my old car. I was blown away at this point, never has any sales man ever remembered or programmed our cars. From the very first moment Justin has been outstanding! We already started to recommend our family and friends to ask for Justin when they are in need of a new vehicle. Thanks again Justin for all you have done to make yesterday a great day. The best christmas ever (car 8) Okay many people should know me by now since i think i have written like 10 reviews but i must be honest this has to be one of the most personal ones Okay many people should know me by now since i think i have written like 10 reviews but i must be honest this has to be one of the most personal ones since 8 months ago i got a toyota and justin of lexus of north miami promised me that by christmas of this year i would be driving the lexus i wanted.. i didnt believe him but sure enough i went to get an oil change and drove away with a brand new 2016 lexus is 200t f sport. I am the happiest gitl alive and i want to remind lexus of north miami that the best sales person they have on staff is justin and the best finance person is matt. Ofcourse i give them both a hard time but they always help me find what im looking for so when i leave i can do so with a big smile on my face. I am so happy with the team at lexus if either of you ever leave i will follow. i love you guys and all my family aprecites the deals you have done for us.
