He wants the customer to be satisfied and happy with the entire process of buying a car and stands by his word. Very professional, courteous and nice and honest. So glad I met the people I did from this dealer, I have no complains on the contrary can not say enough nice things about them. I actually went to North Miami to a different dealer but this dealer was close by and went there since I was looking to purchase a Lexus. After meeting Lev my sales person and his manager Alfred we purchased our vehicle and felt comfortable. Alfred really stands out with his professionalism and honesty and how he cares about his customers and great customer service skills.
