Alfred made everything right and he is such a great manager and person that is hard to find these days. A person that will go above and beyond and do good by it in the purchase of a car and customer satisfaction, which is rare this days. He wants the customer to be satisfied and happy with the entire process of buying a car and stands by his word. Very professional, courteous and nice and honest. So glad I met the people I did from this dealer, I have no complains on the contrary can not say enough nice things about them. I actually went to North Miami to a different dealer but this dealer was close by and went there since I was looking to purchase a Lexus. After meeting Lev my sales person and his manager Alfred we purchased our vehicle and felt comfortable. Alfred really stands out with his professionalism and honesty and how he cares about his customers and great customer service skills. If you are looking for a car, do not hesitate to purchase from this dealer. They will work with you and they have a lot of patience ,so that you are satisfied with their service and purchase and feel happy with your overall experience. Lev was great and Alfredo from service is great and Igor in financing, tech guy and the entire group. Thank you, happy with my new purchase and will not hesitate to buy a car from them again. I will recommend them and I usually do not leave reviews but they deserve it because they stand by their word and service and want to make your purchase a pleasant experience. Is hard to find people that will go above and beyond to help and make sure you leave with a pleasant experience and purchase. I am happy I purchase my car from this dealer because the personnel and leadership from this dealer in particular is exceptional. They will work with you in your purchase and make it right and do good by it. I did not feel pressure into buying a car and really felt comfortable with the entire process of buying a car. You will not spend all day in a dealer , no pressure just a great buying experienced from start to finish. My experience began positively with Kelia. She was pleasant and professional. However, when it was time to discuss pricing, she returned with Alfred. Alfred introduced himself, shook my hand, She was pleasant and professional. However, when it was time to discuss pricing, she returned with Alfred. Alfred introduced himself, shook my hand, and asked whether I had been treated well by Kelia. I confirmed that I had. His next question was whether I wanted to look at a less expensive vehicle. I clearly stated that I was interested in the specific car I had selected. At that point, he abruptly responded, “I hope you find what you’re looking for out there,” effectively dismissing me rather than engaging in any negotiation. There was no attempt to discuss pricing, options, or terms. I have never been treated in such a dismissive manner at a dealership. I left immediately. What Alfred did not know is that I was fully prepared to make a purchase that evening. Instead, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. Customers who are serious and prepared to buy should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to negotiate in good faith. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. More
