At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Wonderful car buying experience When my son crashed my car, I was desperate. I had no credit and very little to put down. I went to Lexis of North Miami after finding a car online th When my son crashed my car, I was desperate. I had no credit and very little to put down. I went to Lexis of North Miami after finding a car online that was at their dealership. By the time I got there, that car was sold. So my salesman Tino took me up to the pre owned area of the facility so I could check out the selection and chose another vehicle. I found one that I liked and gave it a test drive. Tino was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I decided, he took me to the finance department and they gave me a great deal. Overall my experience was the best car buying experience I ever had. I will be recommending Lexis of North Miami to all of my friends and family. More

Stay FAR AWAY from Lexus of North Miami If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay FAR away from this dealership. Especially from the sales manager Mayer Damouny. I am absolutely appalled by the If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay FAR away from this dealership. Especially from the sales manager Mayer Damouny. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment received here. I went in for a 2016 IS200t F Sport. They insisted in running my credit before crunching numbers, which I agreed to. Of course I was tier 1 credit. My salesman David Elberg, sat me down with his sales manager MAYER and the best he could do to get me to my number was leaving him with 9 "MSD" (aka 9 months of security deposit). I politely declined and walked out. Went to 2 other Lexus dealerships in south florida, ran numbers and immediately made it to "my number" with no mention of MSD or anything shady. My surprise comes when I finally strike a deal with one of these dealerships and their financial department notifies me that Lexus of North Miami had already submitted a deal for approval. This is the lowest of the lowest, to submit a deal for financing that a customer clearly denied and walked out on. This was done with nothing but ill will and with the only intention of locking me in to Lexus of North Miami. Save yourself time and effort and immediately eliminate Lexus of North Miami from your car shopping agenda. You will encounter nothing but shady sharks with deceptive sales tactics. More
