Check BBB too, same complaints and not one response from this dealership.

What a f’n joke! Was given false Carfax , didn’t realize until after I checked contract vin # was different than what was provided! GM completely blew it off without a single returned call or email response. This place is about grabbing cash and deceiving consumers. Bigger joke is customer relationship mgr responding to negative reviews.

In Sept 2022 I purchased a certified preowned NX300 from this dealership. Car fax was clean and despite a few leather burns I was happy with my purchase. That was until I took the vehicle back a few days later to repair the cigarette burns and they DID NOT fix them. They just put some black putty on two of the holes and left the rest as is. They did not even mention why the repairs were left incomplete when I picked up the car.
Then this past weekend I got the windows tinted and boy was I in for a huge surprise!! Front windshield has multiple scratches, passenger side door was crashed and repaired. The vehicle has plenty of evidence of being in an accident that any seasoned technician should have caught the damage, even if the CARFAX says the VIN is clean. This is south Florida and we have many scam artists out there, just like this dealership. Unfortunately I am not a technician and did not know but I do now! Never again will I buy a vehicle from this dealership. I will be sure to spread the word and make sure everyone knows what to expect when visiting this place. $37k down the drain because this dealership is incapable of doing their due diligence on trade ins. Crazy how a guy who tints windows can perform a better inspection than a ASE certified auto technician.
