Pleasant, quick and professional I have not purchased a car directly from a dealer in a very long time (had purchased previously from a service you tell them what car you want they de I have not purchased a car directly from a dealer in a very long time (had purchased previously from a service you tell them what car you want they deliver the new car and take the old). I have never leased a car either. I was not looking forward to the experience. Scott Argow was very professional and showed me all my options. He took the time to explain how the lease worked and why it was to my advantage in the long run. He also spent quite a bit of time explaining all the features of the car and how they worked. (I am not very tech savvy but it helped alot having him program some items for me). I have always brought my previous Lexus there for service and was always please with service personnel, the sales personnel were great and Scott made it easier than I would have thought and not too painful. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus, you will not be disappointed not to mention the car I leased is awesome. More
