Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Honestly this place today made me return my car lease and sh op for a different brand I will summarize what happened. Sunday my price for for a 27 month lease Lexus ( I don't write model for a reason) was $450 , I went than to change tires to my old car and made sure it's ready for return, today 3 days after my price went up by $75 a month to $525 and when I ask the manager why ? she told me , "I gave you losers deal you needed to close than". For me it's more than the $75 it's the way price is manipulate base on customer face. More
