He was professional, very knowledgeable, and worked very hard to make sure our experience was great. Definitely recommend Pedro to others who are looking to purchase / lease a Lexus. Frank was very helpful with taking us through the financials. I was very impressed with "desk contract board" that was used to walk us through the buying process. It was pretty cool, and I had never seen anything like this at any other dealership. It definitely helped to simplify the process and to easily explain each area of the contract. Overall, compared to Pembroke Pines Lexus and Land Rover South Dade, the buying experience was sooo much better. In the end, Pedro took the time to show my son where everything was located in the car and even set up his bluetooth phone service for him. Never once did we feel rushed in the buying process. Lexus of North Miami better then JM Lexus I have done business with both JM Lexus and Lexus of North Miami for years. I must say that JM Lexus has now been surpassed by Lexus of North Miami. B I have done business with both JM Lexus and Lexus of North Miami for years. I must say that JM Lexus has now been surpassed by Lexus of North Miami. Better inventory, huge parking garage vs running around in the rain. JM may have invented the Lexus experience but other have now improved upon it. I live 10 minutes from JM but drove 45 minutes to get the better deal. I used to work with Scott Argow but he retired and I must say that Alex Suarez did not disappoint. Great job Alex and thank you!!! More
