I met him one week ago, through word of mouth, by a Service Agent. She said he was the absolute best to work with. I was in no mind set to lease a new car, but I figured what do I have to lose. I must say that Justin took the time to gain my trust, being honest and straightforward. He listened, answered my questions diligently and clearly, and never hesitated when I asked a million more questions. I've purchased and leased numerous cars and honestly, Justin exceeded my expectations, delivering excellent service and commitment to me. He made me feel like I was important and that my feelings mattered. I know that I will be referring all of my friends, family and co-workers to Justin Adderly! He truly deserves ten awards for exceptional service. Then there was Matthew Parke...another example of making me feel important and wanting to help me achieve what I was looking for.
