Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Although I live in Broward County and am closer to other Lexus dealerships, I will be purchasing and servicing my vehicles from Lexus of North Miami from now on. This is primarily due to the professionalism and personal care that I received from Sera Bruno. I had purchased my previous Lexus through Sera and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. She has followed up with me periodically and, as a result, I contacted her again to discuss new car purchases for both myself and my daughter. Once again I am amazed by her attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism. I also had questions about getting my current car serviced. She hooked me up to the right staff at her service department who expertly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and recommend that you contact Sera if you are thinking of purchasing a car. More
