He's worked with me from the very first time I brought my vehicle in for service, always giving me practical advice about my car, what needs to be taken care of and what can wait. He's always been very personable and had always given me personalized service. During a discussion about my service, he took now of the fact that I was thinking about trading my vehicle in and passed the word along to his sales team and they contacted me while my car was being serviced. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was put in touch with Mr. Justin Adderly, who then proceeded to talk to me about my options regarding my car, it's value and the best option for me to move into a newer car. He worked on my behalf to create a deal that fit my needs. Christian in finance as amazing as well, got me in and out within a matter of minutes, reclaiming everything along the way. Highly recommend them all! More

Bought an unreal car from the other dealership, for the price that was listed. North Kendall said that the other dealer was scamming!!! Boy were they wrong. Would NEVER recommend them! More

Lexus North Miami Saved The Day I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the I'll try and make a long story short. I ercently made the mistake of not listening to my gut and leasing a Mercedes GLK. The minute I drove off the lot I knew I made a mistake. Fortunately the dealer had a 3-day return policy. I immediately called Lexus North Miami, which I had already visited, told them of the situation and asked if they could help me out. The next day I returned the Mercedes and ended my day driving off in my new Lexus NX. My Sales Associate, Jose Salas went above and beyond to help me going so far as to pick me up at the Mercedes dealer when I returned the car. Jose steered the entire process and he and the entire team were excellent. Their insurance specialist researched better deals for me while simultaneously transferring my insurance to my current carrier. Matt, the Finance Manager made the finance paperwork process simple and fast. When all the t's were crossed and i's dotted, Jose took me through all of the car's bells and whistles (and there are a lot of them!) until I was 100% comfortable. Best part was driving off in my new Lexus NX with the exhilaration I didn't feel the day before. Since then Jose has made sure to follow-up with any questions or concerns I might have. Even though it all worked out in the end wish I has listened to my gut and fine with Lexus in the first place. More

It's hard to lose any of these amenities to another dealership. Justin was able to get me in and out with my purchase and not spend an entire day on one deal. He was truthful and to the point about what is the best options and what would be best for my situation. I really appreciate his honestly and loyalty to the company.
