Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Ask for Justin Adderly!!! I've ever been a huge fan of shopping for cars but I do have to say that buying my Lexus yesterday was one of the least frustrating and smoothest expe I've ever been a huge fan of shopping for cars but I do have to say that buying my Lexus yesterday was one of the least frustrating and smoothest experiences I've had in a very long time. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely friendly and far from pushy! Initially, I worked with Matt King who was very pleasant and negotiated casually and kept our best interests in mind. Our second trip in we worked with Justin Adderly who was very attentive and even set up my entire Bluetooth / calibrated my speakers and went over the entire car. Our finance advisor was Neville Lopez who was also friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job expediting the paperwork. Not only that but the dealership actually has a built in free spa where they do manicures, etc. and they have a relaxation room plus more. I highly recommend all of the above people, Lexus as a brand and this particular dealership location for amazing customer service! You won't be disappointed!
