At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We worked with Henry on my second visit to the dealership. On the phone Henry agreed to honor a deal, and kept his promise. He made the car buying process very easy and he was transparent about everything. I was able to take care of all of my needs (financing and insurance) while I was there. After the purchase, Henry got in the car with us and went over all of the features of the car so that I can “fully experience my Lexus.” He answered every question I had and made sure I understood. I cannot express how impressed I was enough. I had been visiting dealerships for over a month and I did not have great experiences. I purchased from Lexus of North Miami because they have pride in the quality of the car and the quality of their service. I definitely recommend visiting their store, you will enjoy your experience.
