Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Being a car fanatic all of my life, I finally decided to go for a brand new Lexus. I have driven BMW's & Cadillac's in the past.. But I truly fell in love with the 2014 GS350 F-Sport. I love everything about this car and in fact my family and friends are very interested in getting a car like mine when their lease will be up this year. I would like to personally thank everyone at Lexus of North Miami for the excellent service and would like to commend certain individuals: Mr. Yoni Edery for making sure that my ordered car came in as fast as possible & for the excellent service, John Wirshing & Syed Bukhari for assisting me with the Finance & my Sales Associate Justin Edderly for giving me a great deal and excellent service. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The only thing i disliked was that the price and all the associated fees were not disclosed up until very late in the process. I had to ask several times.
