Emailed and left a message early one morning. Didn't receive a call until late afternoon. Made an offer on a car, never heard back that day. Not sure how they sell cars...but leaves me to wonder if they come to work to work to socialize or do their jobs. More

I was perfectly satisfied with my 2012 ES350, but I received a phone call to come in if I wanted to lower my monthly payments; that was a no brainer. SALES Person: Matthew Silva: This was my first time at the North Miami location, Mathew was the Sales person that assisted me and from the minute he greeted me till I drove off the lot with my new lease; the experience was awesome. Matthew was able to educate me on the new features from one model to the next and answered all my questions. He spent more than 6 hours with me, made sure that my trade in was empty and ensured that I had everything with me. Matthew walked me through the basics of the car and taught me some new features. The purchase experience is very pleasant and we did not feel any sale pressure. The new state-of-the-art dealership is beautiful. The Service bay is huge. The Spa & Fitness facilities are very nice . It has gym, massage chairs, beauty salon and more . We have a pleasant surprise when Richard told us we have complimentary car wash /vacuum for the lifetime of our Lexus. I am From R.I. and I was looking for a BMW Z4 I saw on Ebay that Lexus of North Miami had both colors inside and out that I wanted, and it was an automatic also what I wanted. I called and spoke to the Ebay that Lexus of North Miami had both colors inside and out that I wanted, and it was an automatic also what I wanted. I called and spoke to the used car sales person. He told me it was in perfect condition, so much so it was in the show room. He said the only thing wrong with it was a scratch on the bumper and it would be fixed before being transported to me. I also told him that I noticed it had tint on the windows and in R.I. It is illegal, he said " no problem,we will remove it " I asked continuously if that was the only floors on the car, again he reassured me. I even asked about the run flat tires, he said it has them and they are perfect ! He said ALL there cars are gone though to make sure nothing is wrong with them. Kept telling me they are the biggest Lexus dealer in the country so be at ease. Well,... When the car was delivered, what a DESERTER!!! The tint was on the windows, the bumper was never fixed, never detailed, and NO run flat tires, the front window rubber was all cracked. PLUSS MUCH MORE!! I had to take it to the BMW dealership near me and leave it there for a week. The only thing they paid for is the front window rubber, tint to be removed. When calling Lexus of North Miami the manager said " oh well, about the front bumper and the tires,also everything else. BMW where I took it was beyond about the condition of this car. I could go on in on!! I GOT TOALLY RIPED OFF. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE, EVER!!! More
