I had a great experience at this dealership. I had to go in for a complete new air conditioning system on my 2001 model and was very happy with the service that I received. The employee that got me started in for a complete new air conditioning system on my 2001 model and was very happy with the service that I received. The employee that got me started with everything was super friendly and explained everything before I had to make a decision on my options. I had also failed to bring my license with me that day and needed a loaner and couldn't get one without it. They had already started working on my car so I was driven back all the way to my house in downtown Miami by a super nice concierge driver. I also got a great loaner when I got back with my license. They went above and beyond what I believe many dealerships would do and I would recommend them to anyone! More

I was undecided between Lexus & Infinity and even with the different Lexus models offered. Based on an online listing, I negotiated for a 2009 Lexus ES350 at this dealership. I was prepared to fly from Tennessee to Miami to buy the car. It was represented to me as a certified pre-owned vehicle, ES350 at this dealership. I was prepared to fly from Tennessee to Miami to buy the car. It was represented to me as a certified pre-owned vehicle, which status includes warranty and service up to 100,000 miles. Based on that CPO status and the negotiated price, I told the salesman that we had a deal. While discussing details such as sales tax and my flight arrangements, he said the vehicle was NOT CPO. I questioned this statement and he went to his manager about it. He replied that, even though the vehicle had gone through the CPO regimen, the dealership would NOT sell it at the negotiated and agreed-upon price, allegedly because it had not been advertised as a CPO car. I said the deal was off and hung up the phone. Because I was angry at being double dealt in such a manner, I called Lexus's U.S. headquarters. The customer service woman connected me with a manager from this dealership, and HE said that the car was NOT a CPO car, despite the salesman's multiple confirmations of that status, as well as a Carfax report that showed it as CPO. Someone was lying to me -- either the salesman or the manager -- and it didn't really matter who. Obviously to me, this dealer wanted me to get on a plane, fly down to Miami, at which point they would bait and switch me into a more expensive price for the car I had negotiated and agreed upon. After all, I flew down one way; I would have been "trapped." The joke is that I got multiple calls over the next few days from this dealer, as part of their routine follow-up procedure. The callers had no idea about what had happened. I told each of them, "just sell me that car as a CPO car and I'll make a plane reservation right away." Each of them said they would see what they could do and call me back. Not one of them called me back. The final straw was today, when I got an oblivious email -- probably a form email -- from this dealer, including the following statement: "My commitment is to make your Internet purchase anxiety free." I'd laugh out loud, if it wasn't so pathetic. Experiences like this are why car salesmen have such lousy reputations. By the way, the only reason "Friendliness" got a "3" is that the salesman was nice. My sense was that he got got in the middle of something he could not control. His manager told him to change the deal we had already made. He as much as told me that. More
