At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Ed, the service manager and the girls in his office (the scheduling department) are excellent. I have been a loyal Lexus customer for my past 4 vehicles and I continue servicing and purchasing my vehicles a scheduling department) are excellent. While Eric the service rep was excellent and the drop-off experience was excellent. I needed help with my garage door openers and was told only the IT people can help me when I picked up the car. However, th experience was excellent. I needed help with my garage door openers and was told only the IT people can help me when I picked up the car. However, they were nowhere in site and don't think they were even working that day. Hence, a problem I have had still is not solved. More
