At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Harry Faitelsonand whom I’ve been dealing with for over 20 years helped me out especially that I came over thinking I would get a loaner car because I had just had surgery and had drains in and all. Harry went above and beyond to assist me in such a challenging time. I would recommend and have recommended so many people over because of his service.. Amazing you guys have quit an asset. He’s willing to bend over backwards to make things right for the client and provide exceptional service. Maritza from the loaner department. was amazing she of course in conjunction with Harry made it happen I was able to get my car serviced Very extremely satisfied. In fact words can’t even express the professionalism from both parties. I appreciate everything they did for me to get me taken care of.. Genesis was wonderful but I had a terrible experience with an service representative. I LEFT LEXUS OF NORTH MIAMI VOWING TO GET ANY CAR BUT A LEXUS. I WILL NEVER STEP BACK INTO THAT DEALERSHIP. EVEN MY LONG TERM FRIEND DID NOT BACK ME UP WITH THE HELP I NEEDED. Genesis was marvelous to me. I MISS Marico he was A gentleman. MY BROTHER IN CLEARWATER HAS BOUGHT HIS 7 LEXUS THIS TIME A HYBRID AND HAS HAD A TOTAL DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE HAD GREAT LUCKY WITH INFINITI AND THEY REPLACED A MOTOR.
