This is the worst experience ever in dealing with a car dealership. When you try to purchase your lease end they give you no payoff quote instead they give you a buy order with added ridiculous dealer fees dealership. When you try to purchase your lease end they give you no payoff quote instead they give you a buy order with added ridiculous dealer fees. After complaints they end up lowering lease contract payoff price in order for the dealers fees to work with final price. Lexus financial seems like they work the dealer for this to happen since they will not issue a payoff quote and you have to go through the dealer for the paper work. If planning to purchase your lease at end of term beware. More

I would recommend everything about this dealership except the finance rep. Abe. My partner and I were making a big purchase, as one does at a dealership, and Abe was full of attitude since the moment we the finance rep. Abe. He made it sound like very question we asked was dumb, irrelevant, or he didn’t fully understand it. When talking about payments he said “that’s only like $20 bucks a month” as in, who cares about $20 a month when he’s clearly not the one who’s making the commitment. Potentially the most important thing of it all is that he failed to check with us who we wanted the car title to be under. After 2+ hours with him and signing everything we learned the car title was only under one of our names and it is the one of us who is not the primary driver nor is the primary person in a lot of other personal paperwork. We know this will give us issues down the line and failing to check with us, or tell us when we asked about the impact of pulling one of our credits vs both he failed to disclose it. He also refused to pull other lenders rates because the Lexus one was so good and pushed back when we asked to do it even if it was just to confirm or double check. The attitude he gave us through the entire time with him made me almost walk away from the entire purchase. He turned what should have been a great family moment into a dented experience because of his attitude and failure to properly title our car, which he once again made sound like no big deal and “duh” I only pulled one credit. Jhan was our sales rep and him, the finance manager, and insurance team were all excellent to work with but if I go back or refer people to this dealership I would not work with Abe again, even if it means delaying my purchase or waiting longer for another rep. More
